AI automation
Automate the slow task you keep doing by hand, without hiring a developer.
AI agents build it and a senior engineer checks every result: door codes you make from your phone, a guest chat that answers from your documents, or the one task your staff retype.
I have built software for clients since 2017.

Things I have built
Two are proof for clients. The third is a demo.
Door codes from your phone
Nine real codes made by the owner in his first sessionEtt Smart runs two apartment hotels. The owner makes and sees door codes from his phone. It has been live since 9 September 2026, and the old program keeps running beside it. Read the case.
Guest chat
Your staff test it before any guest sees itGuests scan a code in the apartment and ask in their own words. It answers from the hotel's own documents, and I only let guests near it once the staff have tested it.
Ask about the pilotInbox assistant
It drafts the reply to a customer email and puts it in front of you to approve. Nothing goes out until you say yes.
I also run my own company on tools I built: a memory for AI assistants called Context Vault, which is open source (context-vault.com), a mail agent where every send is mine, and a local app for clients and invoices.
What it costs
An estimate for exactly what you ask for, before you pay anything. It is free until you approve it.
Door codes
Priced from your requestScoped for up to two properties; more are added to the estimateDoor codes you make and see from a phone, with a record of every code and a warranty. Kept running for a monthly fee that is part of your estimate.
Talk to my assistantGuest chat pilot
Priced from your requestOne property, then a monthly feeAnswers written from your documents, tested by your staff before any guest sees it. Half the setup is unpaid if the staff say no.
The Look
Priced from your requestOne written map, credited if you order from itI read your booking system, locks, site and documents, then write one map with an estimate for each fix. My assistant estimates the Look's price from what you ask. Some jobs the Look will tell you not to buy from me.
Talk to my assistantAI in your product or operation
Study, priced from your requestFor a firm that wants AI built into its own product or operations: a study, priced by my assistant from what you ask and deducted from the project, then the project, then a fixed monthly engagement, each estimated from what you ask.
Not sure what to automate? The Look is where I start.
Talk to my assistantHow it works
A look first, then one thing built beside what you run today.
I read how it fits together
Your booking system, locks, site and documents. I look at how they connect, and at the places where a person does by hand what a program could do.
You get one written map
What I would change, in what order, with an estimate for each fix. If you order from the map, the cost of the Look comes off.
You pick one, or none
Where a ready-made product is the better buy, I say so in the Look, even if that means you pay for the Look and gain a page that says so.
It runs beside what you have
The new system runs next to the program you use now, which keeps running until you decide to retire it.
I keep it running
Door codes are kept running for a monthly fee. A problem reaches me, not a ticket queue.
Questions I get
What people ask before they start.
Is the AI's work any good?
You see every result before it goes anywhere. Nothing is sent, booked or changed until you approve it, and a senior engineer checks the work before it reaches you.
Can you take over what I have?
Tell my assistant. I look first and tell you what it would take.
What if the Look tells me not to buy from you?
Then you have paid for the Look and gained a page that says so. Where a ready-made product is the better buy, I say it in the Look.
Does my current system get switched off?
No. The new system is built beside the program you run today, which keeps running until you decide to retire it. On the first day nothing you rely on is taken away.
What if the guest chat gets an answer wrong?
It answers only from documents you have approved, says it is an AI, and hands over to reception or your phone service when it should not answer. Your staff test it before any guest sees it.
Do I pay every month afterwards?
The build is a one-off price, estimated for your request. Keeping door codes running, and the guest chat after its pilot, are monthly fees, also estimated.
What happens if you are unavailable?
Today it is me and a fleet of AI agents. If I am unavailable for more than five working days I tell you the same day and hand over the records.
What do you need help with?
My assistant asks a few questions and returns a brief and an estimate. I read it and tell you whether I can help.
