Staging: test copy of klarhimmel.com, not live
Klarhimmel

Websites

A website, built and cared for, without hiring a developer.

AI agents do the work and a senior engineer checks every result. You open a first version on your phone and approve every line.

I have built software for clients since 2017.

A task in review: a preview of the finished home page on top, and below it a card that says Ready when you are, with Approve and go live and Ask for changes.

Sites I can build

Three demo sites for fictional businesses, built the way I would build yours.

Demo site, fictional business: the home page of an island hotel, with a very large wordmark over a dusk archipelago and a booking bar.

What it costs

An estimate for exactly what you ask for, before you pay anything. It is free until you approve it.

The Page

Priced from your requestIt goes live after you approve it

One page with up to seven sections. I write the copy from your answers, set up the form and the search basics, and put it on hosting in your own account. You approve every line.

The Site

Priced from your requestRecommended. It goes live after you approve it

Up to six pages: start, about, what you offer, contact and two more of your choice. Everything in the Page across all of them, including redirects from your old addresses.

Start with the Site

An extra page, a second language, or Webflow so you can edit the text yourself are added to your estimate.

Not in it: a logo, photography, a web shop, payments, booking engines, member logins.

What you end up with

Not a template with your logo on it: pages written from your answers, on a domain you own.

Visitors can reach you

A form that lands in your inbox, and a layout that reads well on a phone before it reads well on a desktop. The place where someone decides to write or call is the part I spend the most time on.

Words that sound like you

I write the copy from your answers and you approve every line before anything goes live. If a sentence is not how you would say it, I change it.

You own all of it

Hosting is in an account that belongs to you, so you are never locked in to me. If we stop working together, the site stays exactly where it is.

Google keeps what you have earned

Titles, descriptions, a sitemap and redirects from your old addresses are set up, so moving to a new site does not throw away the search presence you already have.

IntegrationsOne piece of work eachThe one thing a site cannot do alone: a newsletter signup, a CRM sync, a map or job feed, a second language.Estimated for your request
CalculatorsA numbers sheet first, then the buildFor firms that sell on a quote: your visitor enters their numbers and sends you a price request with every answer.Estimated for your request
Answer engines (AEO)An audit first, then fixesI check eight things that decide whether ChatGPT and Google's AI answers can quote your site, fix them, and check again later.Estimated for your request

How it works

Four steps, and nothing goes live until you approve it.

You answer the questions

Your assistant asks what you sell, who buys it and what a visitor should do next. I read the brief and tell you whether I can help.

Demo, example data: a small crop of the portal for this step.

You open the first look

A working version with your words in it, sent as a link you open on your phone. You tell me what to change, and nothing goes live until you have approved it.

It goes live on your domain

Once you have approved it, it goes live on your own domain. The domain and the hosting account are yours.

Changes and care

A new page or a second language is added to the estimate. If you would rather not think about changes, ask me and I will estimate it.

Why you can trust me with it

KlarHimmel is new. The work is not.

Portrait of Felix Hellström, who writes and builds
Since 2017

I have built software for clients since 2017: more than 30 client projects in two years at the company I started with two school friends.

At an agency

I shipped two production HubSpot CMS projects, and I have worked in Webflow for more than five years.

At KlarHimmel

An app for making and seeing door codes from a phone, live since September 2026.

The owner of Ett Smart made nine real door codes himself in his first session, and the app has been live since 9 September 2026. Read the case.

Questions I get

What people ask before they start.

Do I own the site and the domain?

Yes. Hosting is in an account that belongs to you, and the domain is yours, so you are never locked in to me.

I already have a site. Will I lose my place in Google?

I set up titles, descriptions, a sitemap and redirects from your old addresses so that nothing you have earned is lost. I do not promise a ranking.

Can I edit the text myself afterwards?

With plain pages you ask me and I change it. If you want to edit the text yourself, I build it in Webflow instead, and the estimate says what that adds.

What is not included?

A logo, photography, a web shop, payments, booking engines and member logins. If you need one of those, the brief says so before you pay anything.

Who actually does the work?

Today it is me and a fleet of AI agents, and I review everything before it reaches you. Your accounts and hosting are yours. If I am unavailable for more than five working days I tell you the same day and hand over the records.

I already have a site someone else built. Can you take it on?

Tell my assistant. I look first and tell you what it would take.

What if I need changes every month?

Ask me and I will estimate it.

Start with your answers.

Tell your assistant what you need. You get a brief and an estimate, and I read it and tell you whether I can help.
